I recently installed a new Crate Chevy motor in my old Jeep CJ. I needed 58 psi on the fuel line and wanted to use an in-tank pump rather than an external mounted on a frame rail of something. Already had a 5/16 metal outlet from the pickup tube and sock filter in the tank, so measured the height, cut the tube, and clamped this pump and filter using a short rubber fuel hose piece so this pump was about 1/8 inch from bottom of tank. Works perfect. I added an in-line filter up closer to the engine under the hood and now have an LS fuel injected engine in the old Jeep with no fuel starvation issues.

This pump came next day claiming to be OEM replacement. Well it was. It fit exactly as should. Soldering is required for OEM fit. This was on a 2021 Can Am Defender HD10 Xmr. It is quieter than oem and as of now works flawlessly. I dont use ethanol free gas so time will tell if this pump will have longevity. After some driving and time will update good or bad. As of now, can’t knock it!

BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased this item. Installed it in my 2009 mini cooper S, but it failed after driving for less than 200 miles. Now trying to reach someone about a warranty replacement or my money back has become impossible. I sent 4 emails, and attempted the “Live” chat, that is not actually live.

strong pump

I installed this yesterday and it worked perfectly. I had a Walbro pump installed previously, but it ended up dying within a few months and was twice the price. I chose this one based on reviews and from how the company offers a lifetime warranty. I normally do not leave reviews, but for how well this worked I had to. Not only did it work, but it is super quiet too. I installed this on a 1999 Mercury 225hp Optimax.

There is website that shows the subtle differences if you wanna research it, metal pump gears is the big one for example! Tested the pump and it puts out over 100 PSI open with no regulation and regulates down to 40, 50 or 60ish without problem. A great choice for a large variety of EFI applications.

Works perfect!

Tested before putting in tank. I had to modify the stock gm sending unit which I assumed from the pictures of the product. (It was easy to do with some cutting pliers and time). For the performance side stable fuel pressure at WOT GM 42psi on SVO 36lbs. Did not get a chance to check the static or restricted flow.

6 months of daily use on 1985 corolla sr5.Really good fuel pump and worth the money. I have a 4age 20v blacktop that I REV 8K on occasion for a decent amount of time during a drift. It supplies enough fuel and hasn't gave me any issues what so ever. my gas tank is on empty most of the time ( running a car on empty will over heat the fuel pump and decrease the life of the pump) and still pumps fuel everyday. the noise level is the same as any in tank efi fuel pump. It's a cheap fuel pump that gives you more than what you pay for. thatcarguy_ae86 my instagram if you have any questions regarding this fuel pump.

Fit well

Replaced OEM in tank fuel pump for 1986 Mazda RX7. Smaller diameter 1.5 " vs 2.0" required zip ties for easy installation. All parts were included for installation. While I haven't measured it yet, there appears to be more than enough fuel pressure and flow for engine to fire up immediately ( within 5 seconds) and to run smoothly, even under hard acceleration. Only time will tell about durability!

Thought the pump went out and emailed customer service. They asked I verify the pump really was bad by pulling it and applying 12 volts. I found out I had issues elsewhere. Ended up being the 30 year old relay instead that was intermittent. But kudos to the supplier that they were responsive and ready to help!! 5 stars

Deliver on time. Full coverage. Filter pump. The plug is fine, not loose or tight. The strength of the pump is good and the noise is stable. It will take a while to test if it works.
Function: Easy to use, meet the requirements
Quality: Very well packed and well assembled
Materials: Very good, meet all your requirements

it's a good working pump for sure

As for performance, it works great so far. We have it externally mounted right next to the gas tank, in line with the bottom of the tank. Doing so prevents cavitation and air pockets in the line when sucking fuel to the pump. Decent pressure, we are running at 38psi idle and 43psi WOT, no hiccups at all. Sound leaves a little to be desired, but with the engine running it's barely noticeable. Time will tell with reliability. Overall a great little pump!
