Rebuilt my father’s 09 Vulcan 900C fuel pump with this kit. Pump kit works well has all new O-Rings and parts you need to get the job done. Bike runs perfect now

I got a cheaper O'Reilly's unit and it made noise after driving all day, thought it would fail. This new Walbro is nice and quiet, been in service a 3 months now.

So far it works as I bench tested it Needs instructions and or parts list something telling you what the are for its Simple to match up parts still have extra left.

The pump is heavy and is comparable to much more expensive units, perhaps a little cheaper on the build quality though. I'm using this on an auxiliary tank to pump gas into the main taink on long trips. It seems to work well so far and I'm happy with it. Time will tell if it will last as long as a name brand, but it fits my needs.

Tested before putting in tank. I had to modify the stock gm sending unit which I assumed from the pictures of the product. (It was easy to do with some cutting pliers and time). For the performance side stable fuel pressure at WOT GM 42psi on SVO 36lbs. Did not get a chance to check the static or restricted flow.
