This change has increased the maximum temperature resistance from 600 degrees Celsius to 1,500 degrees Celsius, a 2.5-fold increase in high-temperature strength. This unit effectively prevents soot buildup and EGR valve clogging, allowing fresh, dense clean air to circulate instead of reintroducing hot exhaust gases. Improved exhaust flow enables the turbocharger to start faster, resulting in quicker throttle response. High-quality components include billet aluminum construction, nickel-plated steel flanges, a stainless steel dipstick tube bracket, high-temperature silicone hoses, zinc-plated hardware, and precision-fit O-rings. This kit mounts to the exhaust port and flows coolant through a rubber hose for better oil resistance.

With this EGR delete you will be able to completely remove your EGR valve & EGR cooler.

Principle: Eliminating the EGR system will prevent soot from building up and clogging the EGR valve. Instead of hot exhaust gas being re-routed into the intake, fresh dense clean air can now circulate. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to spool up faster which results in quicker throttle response. 

This EGR delete is engineered and designed to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently then the stock EGR system. Everything needed for a complete install is included. Installation takes approx. 2hrs with basic hand tools. When installing an EGR delete;
