How to tell if you have a 60° Johnson Evinrude V4 Outboard and VRO Fuel Pump

• All 60° V4 Evinrude Johnson motors were loop-charged models with the vapor tank system.
• The motor top covers were roughly rectangular in shape and most had vents along the rear sides
• ALL 60° V4 Evinrude Motor's VRO Fuel Pump are Mounted to a vapor recovery tank as illustrated.
• The VRO Fuel Pump tank and bracket are one piece plastic.

All 60° V6 Models Original VRO Fuel Pump Drawing are Same to the shown , but it Replaced Pump is not same to V460 Pump , it need to use ITEM # UanofCn V660

More Details

• Yellow arrows show direction of fuel flow

• We supply a length of 5/16" fuel hose to replace the hose from vapor tank outlet to fuel inlet on new pump ( needed in some cases where original won't reach )

• Match the 2 original hose ( in , pulse ) to new pump as indicated .

• The fuel out hose on new pump has a fitting matching the one on the VRO output .

• Mount new pump on bracket so that this fitting lines up with input hole on bracket ( not shown because of drawing viewpoint ) that the VRO output fitting originally used .
